About Us

We are an outpatient, private practice, physical therapy clinic that specializes in orthopedics and balance. We provide personalized treatment plans unique to individuals, with up-to-date treatment for our patients learned through ongoing clinical education. Acceptance of most major insurance plans, verification and explanation of insurance benefits included; also offer direct access out of pocket payment option. Patients of our Physical and Occupation Therapists report decreased pain, greater ease of movement, increased strength, better balance, improved body awareness, as well as enhanced knowledge and education of the body. FYZICAL also provides Functional Capacity Exams including a detailed report by our Occupational Therapist.
