About Us
The Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington Workforce Development Board (WOW WDB) is a private, non-profit corporation working in partnership with local elected officials and businesses to meet the workforce development needs of the region. WOW WDB is dedicated to providing the highest quality, most effective workforce development services possible to the residents and businesses of Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties, Wisconsin. Additionally, WOW WDB provides administration, marketing, and employer relations services for the areas Workforce Development Centers.
