8th Annual Jewish Food Festival Announces New Location, Headline Concert & Promises to be Its Biggest Celebration Yet!
Mequon, WI — The Jewish Food Festival, presented by the Peltz Center for Jewish Life, returns for its 8th annual celebration, bringing a packed two-day event to Foxtown Station in Mequon on Sunday and Monday, August 2–3.
Known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide array of authentic cuisine, the festival continues to grow as one of the area’s most anticipated community events. This year’s move to Foxtown Station allows for an expanded layout and a more elevated experience, while maintaining the festival’s signature energy and welcoming feel.
At its core, the festival remains a celebration of Jewish food and culture, featuring a diverse selection of freshly prepared favorites such as pastrami sandwiches, falafel pitas, matzah ball soup, potato knishes, chocolate babka, and rugelach, alongside live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and interactive experiences for all ages.
New this year, the festival will introduce a Sunday night sunset concert, presented by Sendik’s Food Market, adding a major highlight to the weekend. The concert will feature a live headline performance by 8th Day, a high-energy, nationally acclaimed Jewish music group known for their dynamic and engaging shows. The performance is expected to bring a true concert-level experience to the festival setting.
The concert is free and open to the public, made possible through the generous support of Sendik’s Food Market, the presenting sponsor of the sunset concert. For those looking to enhance their experience, a limited number of reserved seats will be available for purchase, offering guaranteed seating close to the stage.
Admission to the festival is free, with free general parking available, along with a limited number of paid premium parking options for added convenience. The festival will run from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on both days.
“This year, we’re really bringing everything together in a bigger way,” said Rabbi Moshe Luchins, Director of the Jewish Food Festival. “You’ll still find the incredible food and family atmosphere people love, but now with a new venue and a headline concert experience that takes it to another level.”
As anticipation builds, a limited number of sponsorship opportunities remain available for businesses and organizations looking to be part of one of the area’s most dynamic and well-attended events.
