About Us

Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County is a Faith in Action Program, whose mission is to give personal and social support to people coping with chronic conditions, disabilities, isolation, and other age related disabilities, and to help those responsible for their day-to-day well being. Volunteer caregivers, along with agencies and the community-at-large, work together to provide non-medical supportive services in order to help people remain independent and live meaningful lives in their own homes.
