Chelsea is a clinical exercise physiologist with nearly a decade of personal training experience. Her background includes teaching at the college level, prescribing and programming rehab exercises for cardiac patients, and working in a preventive healthcare setting assessing patients baseline health and fitness markers as well as health coaching.
Chelsea has a passion for functional strength training. She has found that the clients she works with on strength training have been able to maintain their physical independence.
