- Has an eye for presentation and merchandising
- Is comfortable researching item values and pricing
- Loves helping customers and volunteers
- Is adaptable, organized, and eager to learn
- Takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive environment

This position averages 21–25 hours per week, typically 3 days per week. Schedules are created one month at a time, making it easy to plan life outside of work. There are no late nights and only 1–2 Saturdays per month.
Starting pay: $17/hour, depending on experience.
This is a unique opportunity to combine retail experience, creativity, and community impact in a role you can truly feel proud of.
