    What You’ll Do

    • Coordinate and support the complete recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to staff.
    • Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
    • Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files.
    • Oversee the City’s workplace safety initiatives.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
    • Contribute to special projects that promote innovation, inclusion, and organizational growth.

    What We’re Looking For
    We’re seeking a motivated professional with an Associate degree or applicable certifications in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A Bachelor degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may contribute toward the mastery of the above. A team-oriented mindset and passion for service are key to success in this role.

    Benefits Available To You
    Current salary range: $61,998 - $83,698.  Starting salary: $61,998 - $66,647 +/-, DOQ.  The City offers a competitive benefits package includes:

    Work Hours
