Expectations
How can we manage life’s expectations in order to increase our joy and happiness?
In this Wine, Cheese & Idea Spa small group session, we will discuss our “expectations” of ourselves, our “expectations” of others and the expectations others have of us. It should be a lively discussion!
During your “spa session” you can relax in comfort with a little Champagne, wine or sparkling water and noshes to enjoy along the way. The starting times allow time to socialize and network in a relaxed setting with the presentation/discussion starting approximately 45 minutes later.
