Businesses interested in renewing membership with the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber can submit the following form. After the form has been submitted you will be given the option to pay online with your credit card information (Master Card, Discover and VISA only); or you can call the Executive Director at 262-512-9358 to receive a membership application.

The Chamber dues investment is as follows:

1-3 employees...$170.00
4-11 employees...$240.00
12-49 employees...$355.00
50-99 employees...$500.00
100+ employees...$620.00
Non-profit (501c) organization or service group with 1-24 employees...$90.00
Non-profit (501c) organization or service group with 25+ employees... $315.00

Membership would be current from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010
