  • Director of Corporate Partnerships

    Brief Synopsis of Job:
    Front office position providing upper-level experience in collegiate baseball corporate partnership sales. Must have a college degree and preferred two to three years of sales and corporate partnerships experience. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends during the season and off-season. Expected to work all home games throughout the season. Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization as well as outside contacts. Strong time management, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills. This is a full-time position. Performance and position to be evaluated throughout the off-season and season.

    Responsibilities:
    Duties will include: oversee corporate partnerships sales department, setting up meetings with local and nationwide businesses regarding corporate partnerships and ticket opportunities, draft and finalize all partnership contract agreements, manage activation and fulfillment team including execution of all partnership contracts, manage sponsorship inventory including creating and implementing new opportunities, oversee all corporate partnership reporting and financials, assist with selling of non-game day stadium rentals including corporate rentals. Game Day Duties will include: oversee fulfillment of partnership activations on a game by game basis including promotions (game day & on-field), signage, print, game action, and cause marketing. Responsible for client relations when present at Kapco Park and inviting potential prospects throughout the season. Assist others within the organization when needed. All other duties as assigned.
