While it may not feel that way, we are easing into fall here in Wisconsin, and you know what that means?! Bonfires, sweaters, and comfort food...
For the next installment of Jonathan Clark's Kitchen, we are going to venture outside onto our beautiful grounds, start a nice fire, and learn how to make Dutch Oven Cornbread as it was made in 1848, and today for your fall camping excursion (or at home!).
Class will include instruction from Chef Executive Director Dana Hansen in traditional dutch oven baking for cornbread that can easily be transferable inside or outside your home. We will taste a traditional cornbread recipe, as well as a more modern spicy cheesy twist that will come out piping hot from our fire.
Class is $25 and includes recipes, instruction, demonstration, and tasting.
