Marie Sander, an adjunct flute professor for 22 years at Concordia University, will present a recital on Sunday, April 14 at 1:30 p.m. The recital will feature "whimsical flute and French Horn duets, soaring powerful music, beautiful melodies with piano, and familiar folk tunes from Norway." She will be accompanied by Dietrich Hemann on French Horn, and longtime piano professor Michael Thiele. Works by Bach, Burton, Grieg, Martinu and Rutter will be performed.
